BAKED FISH WITH TOMATOES
Ingredients:
3 tuna cutlets
½ tsp onion powder
2 ½ tomatoes chopped
½ thyme leaves
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsps butter, melted
¾ soft breadcrumbs
Place dish in baking pan. Combine tomatoes, salt, onion powder, thyme and pepper; spoon over fish. Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over fish. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F, oven 20 mins or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Turn oven to broil; place baking pan 4 inches from heat and broil until top of fish is browned, about 1 minute.
